Send me a message and let me know you're curious! Getting a price opinion never comes with a requirement to sell. While sometimes in the correct range, a real estate marketplace app, such as Zillow, is not the best indication of your home value.


When you've contacted me for a market analysis on your home, we will pick a time and date to meet up. I'll take a quick tour of your home. This walk through is to establish layout, finishes, get a feel for your neighborhood, and other factors that could effect the value of your home. The tidiness of your home is unimportant. As an experienced real estate agent I am easily able to see past the items in your property and look only for the things that add to the value.


Then, I will take this information home and work on a CMA! I will usually have a price opinion within 2-3 days. 


A professional CMA provided by me is always a FREE, NO OBLIGATIOIN service.


CMA stands for Comparative Market Analysis. This is done by comparing your property to recent sales of similar properties in a similar location. The number I'll present you with is a Market Value. The Actual Value cannot be determined until after the home is sold, as an Actual Value is the cost paid for the product. My market value opinion is an educated estimate based on the data available to me. It is not what you must list your house for sale at. Pricing your home should always be a cooperative effort.


After a Market Value is established, we will discuss your goals and options.


If you're not ready to sell, we can discuss what factors impacted the market value of your house and look to see if there's anything that can be done to add value.


If you're ready to sell, we will talk about the market value I came up with, review the comparative properties, and discuss your opinion. In addition to your goals (top dollar, sell quickly, etc.)  we can work together to establish the right number for you. Remember, as your real estate agent I am always working for you; to provide you with the most complete and accurate information available, as well as sharing an experienced viewpoint . You decide the list price of your home.
